Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueMy dad and I have been going to Ms. Yun since 2006, that’s how awesome she is. Haircuts are a reasonable price – probably one of the best in the area. The shop itself is always kept clean and you’ll notice the barbers will sweep up immediately after finishing a cut. My dad and I have been going to Ms. Yun since 2006, that’s how awesome she is. Haircuts are a reasonable price – probably one of the best in the area. The shop itself is always kept clean and you’ll notice the barbers will sweep up immediately after finishing a cut. I took my two young sons (3 & 5) here because it’s close to home and they take walk-ins. My 3yo wanted a faux-hawk and he was called first by the older Asian gentleman who works in the shop. My son’s hair is really fine and the first cut he made I could tell was way too high in order to get a decent fade, but I figured ” he’s the professional… Everyone has their way of working”… I’ll let him finish. Well I was right from the mohawk to the close cut on the side of his head was an unfaded jagged line. It looked horrible. I asked him to fix it and he just pushed the mohawk further to the top of my son’s head. I told him to stop because he was messing it up more. Finally the owner, Ms Yun told him what I was talking about since he didn’t seem to understand what I ws showing him. I asked if she could fix it and she tried, but I ended up just telling her to cut it all off and give him a regular fade. She fixed and he ended up with a decent haircut, but the ordeal was a mess. My 3yo’s patience was stretched to the limit… Not to mention mine. Ms Yun waived the cost because I didn’t get what I wanted – major points for that.
