Critical: QualityI went here the other day and my nails came out HORRIBLE. I am never one to complain but for $70 I had to..the owner did have the woman redo my nails for me free of charge, but although they look nice now that she redid it, my cuticles are cut up raw and bleeding from her rushing to take the previous color off! My fingers are literally burning and hurt. My mother comes here and she has no complaints, but after this experience I won’t be coming back. I went here the other day and my nails came out HORRIBLE. I am never one to complain but for $70 I had to..the owner did have the woman redo my nails for me free of charge, but although they look nice now that she redid it, my cuticles are cut up raw and bleeding from her rushing to take the previous color off! Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalismvery disappointed in this place. if I could rate zero stars I would. the owner was very rude, very disrespectful, and had very aggressive temper. it was my first time there and it will be my last. as soon as i walked in the door the owner very impatiently yelled at me to sit down. when i sat down i noticed that i was sitting on a dirty chair. then when i put my hands down on the table i could feel my hands resting on a pile of nail powder. i got a look at the nail clippers and oh my lord they were gross, filled with brown dirty stuff that god knows what. then when she took the clear powder dip out there was brown chunks of something in it. they messed up my nails and when i told them that wasn’t what i wanted the owner said it was my fault. then when my tech was using the drill she cut my skin and then was picking at a chunk of my skin for a good 3 minutes which by the way hurt. my usual nail salon is about 25 minutes away from my house and yumi is only 5 but i’d rather drive the 25 minutes than ever come back to this place again.Service: Dip powdervery disappointed in this place. if I could rate zero stars I would. the owner was very rude, very disrespectful, and had very aggressive temper. it was my first time there and it will be my last. as soon as i walked in the door the owner …More

I spent 3 hour’s there to leave unhappy and payed for a service I didn’t not come in for .but I settled for it Bc the nail tech Lili destroyed my natural nails . I never get tips . Oddly shaped. I left in tears. I’ve been coming here for years and my nail tech is out on maternity leave . AndI should’ve of know of better. But I trusted that Jason would place me with someone as good as Karla as he knows how i like my nails . Horrible. Inconsiderate. I spent 3 hour’s there to leave unhappy and payed for a service I didn’t not come in for .but I settled for it Bc the nail tech Lili destroyed my natural nails . I never get tips . Oddly shaped. I left in tears. I’ve been coming here for years and my nail tech is out on maternity leave . AndI should’ve of know of better. Critical: ProfessionalismI used to love coming here but today I went to get a mani/pedicure and told the guy if they were busy I’d come back bc I only had an hour. He sat me and then I waited for 20min. I questioned if I’d have enough time and they kept saying yes but I kept seeing the time dwindle down. When they still didn’t polish when I had 10 min left they told me that I’d be fine if I wore the disposable flip flops when I left…OUT IN THE SNOW!. I said forget the polish so they went to finish my feet with the hot stone and burnt me leaving a mark! And then they charged me full price ($27) for my pedicure and when I argued they said it was my fault. I questioned if I’d have enough time and they kept saying yes but I kept seeing the time dwindle down.
