Never again…AGAIN! Last time we went here I said never again…yet found myself here waiting, again for 30 minutes for a pedi, only to be put in a chair in a footbath of water that went cold b/c I sat there another 20 minutes. I texted my hubby at 1:49pm that the lady was just starting and at 2:05pm texted him again that she was done! 16 minutes!?! I waited three times longer than she actually spent on my service. I left more annoyed than when I went in. Polish job was fine, but $30 for 16 minutes and almost an hour and a half at the place? NEVER AGAIN. Plus, each time I’ve checked in my spent amount has never changed from $27…which doesn’t even cover a pedicure so I don’t know what the purpose is to “check in” when they really don’t even apply what you actually spend. We spent over $100 for our pedi’s last time. Again, never again…

Lush never disappoints. Book an appt because they will fill up especially on weekends or near holidays. Make it a girls day and do lunch at Houston’s as well, just a few feet across the parking lot!

I think it’s about what you want and finding who is the right fit. I personally love my lady and I’m the boring French manicure typed who loves a perfectionist.

Just moved to Atlanta and was a little hesitant to venture out due to covid but desperately needed my nails done. The salon is very clean and service was extremely fast and well done (pedicure and manicure were done at the same time) The only suggestion I would have is to have a friendlier person greeting, answering phones, and processing payments – she wasn’t as nice as the techs. Overall I had a wonderful experience and will be back!

Critical: Quality, ValueI have given this place a try 5 different times because it’s near me, and each time I went back hoping that I had just caught them on an off day or because someone gave me a gift card. However, now I know that it’s the same every time. It’s extremely overpriced for a low quality manicure. I always get gel manis and they last a week, compared to other salons I’ve been to that last 3+ weeks. For the high price, that’s disappointing. Two of the times I went, my nails peeled off the day after I got them done, so I went back in to see if they would fix them. They said they would but they would charge me. I won’t be going back.Services: Manicure, Pedicure, Gel manicuresI have given this place a try 5 different times because it’s near me, and each time I went back hoping that I had just caught them on an off day or because someone gave me a gift card. This is my current nail salon and Jenny is my manicurist! She is wonderful with solar nails and gel. Just don’t ask for designs. Jenny don’t have time for that! Lol

I have visited this salon quite a few times. Last visit, two days ago, the manager actually did my nails. (I did not know until I asked to speak with a manager) I got a mani pedi, short square French tip. Simple enough I thought. I’m very non-combative esp. in salons so I let him do his thing until he went to add topcoat and I asked “can we straighten the lines up some?” He said “they are straight”, he “fixed” two nails and proceeded. When I came in, I said “I want the same nails I have, filed down. Nude pink/white French”. He did clear French. I paid and left after he loudly said “okay I won’t charge you for the French”, while I’m *whispering* “I don’t like this. What can we do?” He swiped my card and said “ok”. I asked “how do I tip?” He gestured there was no need. I will never be back. My nails are horrendous and my “deluxe” pedicure was the most underwhelming I’ve ever had in 15 years. $120 wasted.

After reading the reviews I had to say something: This is an extremely busy, high quality nail salon servicing buckhead clients and those of us lucky enough to discover them. This salon is NOT hurrying people through, giving terrible service with a smile to boost the egos of people expecting more than a manicure. If you want an excellent nail experience in a calm environment that is worth your money, this is the place. If you need someone to greet you in 4 seconds and cater to your idea of service, you should get your nails done at the mall. The volume of customers served each day is impressive for the square footage. Everyone is busy. If you can’t see that… I honestly don’t think this level of salon is for you. They are kind people focused on providing a product they can be proud of in a time frame that allows them to service us all as walk ins. I appreciate that.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe manager/owner does not care about clients. He treats people bad and talk to them mean! He constantly answers the phone while doing your nail to take appointments, he gets up and leave his clients waiting on him to help other people, and he doesn’t listen to what you are asking for! Also have you notice the prices aren’t listed? That’s because he charges what he wants, when he wants, based off of who you are! He’s a fast talker! Beware of this nail salon! You’ll come out with a $150 bill!Service: Acrylic nailsThe manager/owner does not care about clients. He treats people bad and talk to them mean!
