At Young Medical Spa customer service is excellent. I was not impressed with results. I received Botox treatment for forehead folds. It was unsuccessful. I voiced my dissatisfaction to the spa. Without any objection they set up another appointment for me and I received additional injections at no additional cost. Still results were unsatisfactory. I gave up. After two attempts there is no reason for me to believe a third will be successful

I wanted fillers but not my lips. I wanted the area between my nose and mouth. Apparently the lips have to be a part of that. It wasn’t explained at the consult. I proceeded, but would never do that again. All the lines are still there and I can’t properly eat my food or apply lipstick as my upper right lip is still numb. Super nice staff though.

I highly recommend Dr Young And his practice. I’m so beyond impressed by the professionalism and down to earth he and his staff are. I had my lipo done yesterday on my legs/hips and during the procedure the nurse was constantly making me feel comfortable. Dr Young was very informative before, during, and after. I am a little sore today, but nothing to what I thought it would be. I can already see results and I’m beyond excited to see my results when I’m all healed. I can’t wait until my 2nd procedure on Nov 11th On my stomach.

I have been to this location probably 4 times before this last time, every time before was pleasant and informative. The company has changed the email comes from a “lasermed” email and the doctor I saw was different. This time not a doctor, a NP, Vanessa doing my filler and Botox, and did not listen to what I wanted, responding with “you don’t need that”… this is all cosmetic. From the moment I met her she made me uncomfortable and here I am over a month later with lumpy lips, and an angry face from wrongly placed Botox. I will never come back to this place
