I had difficulty finding the location for my haircut. I made an attempt to call, but no one answered. Once I finally arrived, maybe a couple of minutes late, I was lectured for not arriving early. Maybe they could do a better job answering the phone for lost clients. Further, the hairdresser made a comment about it being a while since I got a haircut. That was an unnecessary comment.

I scheduled my appointment with Tanya, who took the time to listen to my needs. I don’t think I ask for anything difficulty, but it’s amazing how many stylists can’t seem to get beyond what THEY think I’m asking vs, what I want. Tanya listened to what I described, and provided the cut/style I wanted. Experience won in this review. Haircut

I called ahead today because I’m new to the area and wanted to get a first time Mullet with a fade. As this is a new hair style for me, after growing my hair out for a year, I was pretty nervous about it as anyone would be. I got Amanda on the phone who was my stylist for the day and when I asked if they’ve done Mullets before or if there was someone there who specializes with them I was rudely responded with “yeah we are a BARBERSHOP that’s what WE do”. Sometimes barbers are better at certain styles. Maybe customer service isn’t your strong point. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Service is good. However the price was ridiculous. $29 to run clippers with a number 2 guard over my head for three minutes is outrageous. I should have asked the price before I sat down. I still tipped $8, it wasn’t the stylist’s fault they are overpriced. Haircut

A cost cutters haircut at salon pricing. The stylist was cold and seemed annoyed that I was there. Very rushed cut, done in under five minutes. Didn’t bother to fade it or do any detail work. All the stylists seemed very high strung and anxious. I’ll be adding a few stylist red flags to my collection after this. Animal print? Badly drawn eyebrows? Ugg boots? A bad hair cut of their own?

really expensive, and they charge 1.00 more if you pay by card. so with tip it will run you about 40.00 for a hair cut @ the lowest cut. Your response was totally juvenile and you are not comparable to others so for the hair cut alone is out of line as far as the other things you consider with the cut I pay for that as well as its included in the cost of the cut.
