They have attention to detail and do not skimp on the spa experience. It was relaxing and definitely has a self care atmosphere. Pricing is great. This is my new go to nail spa! Wow! My second time here and I am so impressed with the attention to detail. I don’t quite remember who did my nails the first time I went but Sophi did my dip powder today and I can confidentially say that I have found my new favorite nail spot. She did such an incredible job taking the time to make sure that the final product looked good and each individual nail was even which I really appreciated. Even just by looking around I could tell that each tech truly cares about their work and their customers. Not sure how other services are because I only ever get dip but from my personal experience I definitely recommend this place!

This place is so unprofessional. I went there the first time to get a dip gel done and foot pedicure, they told me $45 for my nails and and $27 to paint my feet but didn’t even clean my feet well I tried to talk to them but they ignored me and went to attend to the next customer. I forgave them and went there again yesterday with my mother to get our nails done, we talked about the price which is $45×2 for my mother and I, but guess what…my mother did really short nails and I did medium, when wewere done, I gave my card and the lady there charged me $110 instead of $90 ,claimed that we did long nails and didn’t even let me talk, oh wait she had the courage to ask for tips omg…I was so mad,I am never going back there again nor do I recommend this place

Very clean! Ada tended to my pedicure and manicure. She had to remove gel from my fingernails from a manicure I got 8 weeks ago and was so meticulous, gentle with the removal which was tough. Ada did a fantastic job on the basic manicure complete with a relaxing hand massage. The pedicure was very relaxing! Ada did a terrific job and I will be returning! Great experience. I highly recommend!

Extremely unprofessional, painful waxing experience. The tech did not apply pressure after removing the waxing strips I had to do it myself. When I asked her a question she ignored me she said her English wasn’t very good. After I got done & paid she greeted the next customer and had no trouble speaking or understanding anything they said. Completely rude & I will not go back.

I was very pleased at first, Sophie does a great job on my nails, they look so natural. However, they made a huge faux pas last night. I called last week and made an appt for myself asking for Sophie for a pedicure and fill for my son’s wedding for 6:00 and an appt at 6:15 for my daughter for a pedicure and gel polish. We both arrived early and when I walked in there were 2 customers getting pedicures and she asked if I had an appt and I said yes, with her. She then went back to her customer. There were 3 techs working. We picked out our color and sat down to wait. They finished up the pedicures, a couple of other people walked in and Sophie started working on one of them. The 3rd tech called us over for our pedicure and she did my daughter first then the 2nd tech had another customer but in between she did my daughter’s nails. I then got my pedicure at about 6:45 by the 3rd tech while Sophie continued to work on other customers. She completely ignored me. My daughter left at 7ish while my toes were drying and they close at 7:30. The 2nd tech cleaned up and left at 7:30 while the 3rd tech called a customer over for a pedicure and then Sophie called the last customer over for her nails, still completely ignoring me. I told her I wanted to pay and leave. The only thing she said was sorry but they had me on the appt book but not my daughter. I still never got my nails done. She didn’t explain this in the beginning when we both arrived and tried to come up with a solution. I could have rescheduled for this morning. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! She didn’t even give me any options or ask if I could come in the next morning, she didn’t make any attempt to fix the problem, that is why I’m never going back or recommending them.

I was ignored and treated disrespectfully because when I arrived, I had to wait for their next appointment which was 20 minutes later although they had at least three available nail technicians who were just on their phones and being idle (for I was a walk-in with a brief service request). I highly do not recommend this nail spa at all.
