I have frequented this location for the last 4-5 years. On occasion, I have been late. I own that. Today, I was 7 minutes late to my beard trim appointment at 1:30pm. They called me and said they couldn’t take me after 1:50pm, as I was about to pull up for my appointment. As I was parking they called me again and said they couldn’t take me after 1:40pm, again, I was literally walking into the building at 1:37pm. I get there and my stylist, Jojo, walks out from the back, takes a confrontational approach and accuses me of no showing and ghosting previous appointments with no notice. Neither of which has ever happened, so she just blatantly lied. Meanwhile, Jojo was the one who canceled on me for my last appointment that was supposed to be November 25th. To which, Ava, the receptionist guaranteed me a 50% discount on my next appointment (today’s). I have been a loyal customer and ALWAYS tip well over 50% every time I come in and am conversational and friendly to all I interact with when I come in. Needless to say, I won’t be back as my business clearly isn’t valued.

This is a great place to get your haircut. The staff is very friendly, and they do a great job as well. The pricing is a little high compared to some other places, but it is definitely a better service than a place like Great Clips.

I have been here many times, but this time was the best yet. I saw Raven and got my head shaved and the signature 7 step facial shave with a straight razor. I can only say this was the best shave I have ever had and my goatee has never looked better. Raven is very personable and made it worth the extra for the straight razor shave.
