I have been to other massage therapists without complaint, and this is a first for me. What is suspect about this place is that the front desk person charged me before any work was done and wanted me to fill out the tip amount. I declined to tip before massage work was done. Then thereafter, the woman didn’t do a decent job in deep tissue massage. It was so bad I stopped her before my time was up. Then she had the nerve to demand a tip of $20.00 dollars for mediocre work that didn’t meet my needs of pain and tensed muscle relief. The whole experience left me tensing up during the massage and it was very uncomfortable because it didn’t feel like a professional was working on me. I left with my muscles in the same state when I arrived, tensed and unresolved back issues. You should avoid this place. The city needs to shut this place down permanently.

Foot massage was excellent. It does start with head/neck/hands which not everywhere does. Prices were updated- $50 for 60 min massage. Only downfall was that there was an employee watching a video close by that we had to listen to for the first part of a massage until another customer came in for her to serve. Overall the quality of the massage outweighed any negatives.

My friend and I were disappointed during our massages. The ladies that did our massages talked the entire time. We thought they would stop talking but they never did. We really wish we didn’t have to pay but the lady at the front still took our payment. Plus my payment was taken before the service because I had cash and my friend paid after the service because she had a card. If we knew this would of happened we would of never paid.

First time getting a “professional massage”. Found this location online. When I walked in I expected the prices online, however, the prices were much higher. The lady at the door also didn’t honor those prices I showed online.Yet, I paid the asking cost before heading back & proceeded with the 40 min full body massage. 30 mins were spent on my back and I felt nothing. The last 10 mins were on my legs. I stopped twice to tell the “masseuse” it was painful, he giggled & acted as if I said nothing. Within the time spent on my back he stopped 15 mins in asking if it was ok to stop, unacceptable! Also during my “service” the guy stopped and used the translator on his phone and held it to my ear saying “The boss said the gifts aren’t ready yet !?!?”. I stated that I didn’t know what he was implying but to finish my service. After walking out to my car an employee ran out saying that I didn’t pay and when I verified that I did pay upfront she said that I needed to pay more. I left! Worst first experience ever!!!!!

Terrible management. called in scheduled an appointment. First location scheules me for location 2. I make it 10minutes before my appointment And they decided to take walk-ins and book themselves disregarding a scheduled appointment. Told me i would have to come back in an hour. Location 2 tried calling multiple numbers for location 1. No answer said she doesnt know what to do needs me to come back in an hour. Maybe your company should only do walk-ins, sense you have no ability to properly schedule a customer. Or before you send a peraon out to a different store. Maybe you should make sure they are able to service that customer. Goodluck, seems piss poor.
