Cheri Nails Lux – Toms River

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityI went here with my little sister, and my close friend to treat ourselves for the hard year we have had and I have never been so disappointed in my life. I originally arrived at 2:30pm even though our appointment was not until 3 and they told us to come right in. We were not even touched until about 3:30. When I got in they were extremely understaffed but they said we would be out before 6:30, so we stayed because they said they could handle it. Straight from the jump they were rude but hey, we were thinking everyone has bad days but it only got worse. Not only were the staff rude, and impatient, they are under skilled and I dint leave until and they hadn’t even done anything besides take off my existing polish and leave me with nothing. The man argued with my friend and TOLD her she didn’t want to pay him, after he changed the price from a set 30 to 50!!! for something she didn’t even want. His exact words were “You are the type of person who makes reasons not to pay me”. My sister and I were then guilt tripped into staying and letting him finish the set that I paid $60 for. So unprofessional and they don’t clean their tools. Overall I am so upset and will NEVER step foot in another Cheri Nails ever again. I went here with my little sister, and my close friend to treat ourselves for the hard year we have had and I have never been so disappointed in my life. I originally arrived at 2:30pm even though our appointment was not until 3 and they told us to come right in. We were not even touched until about 3:30. Positive: QualityPayed more then i usually do for a fill, but you get what you pay for. My nails never looked better. This is the only salon that takes their time on each nail and makes them all one shape!! I’ve never had that until I went here. Highly recommend Tom.Service: Acrylic nails
