Found this place after hating my previous hair dresser and desperately needed a haircut before turning into cousin “it”. I was admittedly apprehensive with the communication issue, as I would need to clearly communicate what I need. I was very wrong. Yen has been very easy to work with, gives me exactly what I ask for, and is the sweetest person ever.
