Made an appointment over the phone for a full set. Upon entering the salon we were rudely greeted, asked to sign in and then one worker pointed to a seat and said “go sit.” We wanted to look at the colors so we took one step toward the color bin and was rudely yelled at to go sit down. We waited for a couple of minutes they handed us a box of colors and walked away. A little bit later one lady came up took stuff out of my hands and said go sit there. I did and as soon as I sat down still unsure of a color therefore I was flipping through the cards she was yanking on my hands. She was very rough, cut me multiple times, filed so much it took off the length and shape and then used to tool to grind my nails so much until I had to pull my hand away from the pain. She ended up putting the wrong color on and wouldn’t speak to me. Only to say “gel last longer.” My nails look like I need a fill-in, glue is stuck everywhere, and junk is clumped under the nails. Also, there were ants crawling on the chairs, severe sanitation neglect and numerous uncertified workers. All in all she rushed through my appointment, neglected my desired look, and grabbed my pocketbook and phone to urge me to pay and leave. I am super unhappy with the service, the sanitation, my nails and the salon as a whole.

Went in because not many places are open on Sunday. The whole situation was very rushed. She cut me because she used wrong blade. The sns was very sloppy. Lots of color left on my skin and I had to ask her to remove but she didn’t get much off. She tried to cut the skin to remove the dried powder off which got a little too close to cutting which I didn’t want to happen again. My daughter was with me and separated from me the whole time which wasn’t pleasant for either of us. So much for a mommy daughter date. Sadly, I wish the experience were better but I will avoid this location.

They have a good selection of colors and they were all very welcoming and nice. My friend and I decided to be a little bold and got a neon yellow for our upcoming trip! They came out to be so cute, definitely worth the price. I’m so so obsessed with my nails. I would definitely come here again.

This was my first time coming to this salon and I was blown away! I’ve tried so many different salons, and I’d say this one is my favorite so far ! All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating with fitting me into their busy schedule. They helped me pick out the perfect color for my nails and did them perfectly! So impressed with their attention to detail and how gentle they were when cleaning my cuticles. 10/10 would recommend and I’m definitely coming back whenever I’m in town again!

I called Natural Nails Spa and was able to book an appointment very easily. She was very sweet and accommodating to me and my friend. She not only put time into helping each of us find a color we liked, but she also helped us have two seats next to each other, so we could chat while we got gel manicures. Clean facilities and great service. I’ll definitely come back here again.

The ladies are really nice and the prices are great. My pedicure looks amazing. My manicure chipped in two days but I do wash a lot of dishes so it’s whatever, I’ll come back to fix it. The shop is very clean, they have plenty of chairs and polish colors. I’m curious to come back and see if they do good acrylics.

They do amazing work here! This is a no-frills salon, and that’s good! They’re efficient (I always have success walking in, no appointment needed). Great prices, and I always know I’m in good hands, whether I’m getting my my nails done, whatever. Highly recommend, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Probably the best manicure I’ve ever gotten. My nail artist paid close attention to detail, really took her time and it was obvious she really cared. She took the time to help me find the perfect color combo, the shape of my nail is amazing and the dip is the perfect thickness. So happy I went here!!!
