I may have e had a bad stylist – she said she had only been there for 6 weeks. She straightened my hair and added product twice while cutting it. For only a cut, no wash no style – it was way too expensive. My hair felt so dirty leaving there. I didn’t notice them cleaning their tools between clients, I saw many dirty brushes and combs with hair matted to them.

Terrible experience, I asked for highlights and a got burned hair, Yasmin let the bleach more than TWO Hours, in my hair, because she was working with 3 people at the same time, so the results all the highlights fell, but she was good to charge only… Is what she cares money, no good results. I WON’T RECOMMEND ANY OTHER PERSON THIS PLACE.

horrible place, i walked in, 3 stylist looked at me, stared , no greet, no smile just dead face. i asked if i could get a cutt, and all 3 of them looked annoyed . hence they didnt say anything when i walked in i stood there until I tried to make eye contact with someone, anyone! horrible customer service. and im glad i didnt wait… hair colors were looking rough.
