Like the woman below me, my first appointment went really well and I loved my eyebrow lamination. I purchased it on Groupon again and scheduled my appointment via the link provided. I arrived and no one was there. I texted and tried calling her but no response. Apparently I’m not the only one this has happened to. I’d be super wary of this “business”.

My first couple of appointments went well as she did a great job with my eyebrows! Of course I was excited to book again for the 3rd time, however, this time unlike the others I did not get serviced. In fact, she never showed and the office remained closed during my time waiting, and even after I left the premises. My appointment time was set for 11am. I arrived 10-15 mins ahead of time. As soon as 11:00am hit, I assumed she’d be walking in to get started…….that didn’t happen! However, I waited in anticipation until almost 11:30. I grew tired of waiting and decided to leave. I found another eyebrow place to go. Before this incident, I had no complaints or issues…she does very good work. I am sadly disappointed. I thought this was a place I’d be coming to for years to come.

I had a wonderful initial visit for nanoblading/microblading on November 19. I was very pleased with the results! I scheduled the touch up appointment for December 22 at 11 a.m. I received email and text confirmation for this appointment at time of booking, the day before the appointment, and the morning of the appointment. Ciarra was nowhere to be found on December 22. I called several times and waited at the door of her office space until 11:30 a.m. without making contact. I’ve never heard from her and just received this email to provide a review. After looking at more reviews on Groupon, this isn’t the first time she didn’t show up for an appointment. I wish the outcome was different or even rectified with some type of communication.
