First of all this was my son’s very first haircut for his preschool graduation. I was not greeted when I walked in, I had to tell people there I wanted my son’s hair cut. The owner let my son sit in Lava’s chair knowing Damn well he can’t cut.my son’s hairline is as EXTREMELY crooked there were patches on his head and he did not do the haircut I asked for. I said I wanted about 3inches of hair to stay on top of his head and the back tapered.like a block haircut. He took all my son’s hair off and gave him a low fade. Everyone in the shop was staring at my son because his haircut was so messed up. I was humiliated I’m traumatized and I’m pissed. I nearly cried as I drive away. I had to go to another shop to try to fix it. Not at any time did the owner apologize or say she could fix it or try to remedy the situation. I will never return here again.
