One star only because it makes you give one. As a massage therapist myself who recommends this place if I can’t get them in. Noway never again first of a all I seen 3 headrest not cleaned nasty. A therapist stopped during a massage and went and did something else. I was told Ai was next and 4 people went ahead of me and then after 30 mins I was told another 30-40 mins. When I took my name off the list the women argued with me and wanted me to to take a coupon actually grabbed my arm and tried putting in my hand. No sense of a coupon when I will never return to use it. I get it your busy but the state makes us clean our equipment and when your working on someone for 15 minutes you don’t stop for 10 mins and come back. I understand there culture is to work hard and to talk to each other during your treatment I could care less but if you can’t sanitize and follow your list you don’t need anymore clients.also you dont grab a clients arm and try shoving a card in there hand.

Most painful massages I’ve ever received in my life. I’ve given this place a shot a few different times and every time I leave in more pain. The workers are super friendly so they get 5 stars from me for hospitality. But with how much they have hit my spine and other bones, on top of crazy pressure leaving me insanely sore rhe next day I can’t justify spending over $70 for that. I’ve had dozens of messages throughout my life, I’ve had most of the “massage therapists” there and every one of them didn’t seem like they even knew what they were doing. I’m having a hard time believing they’re certified for massage. I always have to ask them multiple times to soften their touch and stop hitting my spine. I’m insanely upset cause I got a quick hour massage yesterday cause I couldn’t get in anywhere else and I’m in tons of regret today. My body literally feels worse today from the “massage”. I’m 23 years old and am a huge advocate for massage therapy. I literally wanted to end my massage early cause it hurt that bad. Told the massage person multiple times to soften up and it didn’t matter. I’m 110 pounds and 5 foot, they have to know they can’t go that fking hard. I’m insanely upset I spent $72 plus tip for literally nothing but pain. I just went went for braline back pain and now literally my entire back is in so kuch pain I can’t even hold my head up for long.

We have been going to Massage Works for few years now. Today both my husband and I had feet massage. It was awesome. We felt like walking on clouds after the massage was done. There is the language problem but they often ask if it feels good so people complain about being hurt there can tell the therapists to slow down or not too hard. They will understand.

I passed by and got the 3 minute sample massage and the guy looked instantly mad lol. I got sat down and the massage only lasted a minute but anyways I’ve had an enormous amount of pain on my left shoulder, and my shoulder blade is also in so much pain and it’s been a week already. It seemed like if it was done with intention to hurt me during the massage Don’t go !

My husband and I did the 10 minute chairback Acupressure massage for $12 each. They worked our neck shoulders and upper back. They knew right where the knots were and worked on stretching out the muscles. Not a massage for those with low pain tolerance as they were fairly aggressive which we appreciated. But any pain we felt was a good pain if that makes sense. Very talented masseuses. Now we both want to try out the 90 minute while body massage.

My grandson and I tried this about a year ago Going to try again. I had the deep tissue massage – however……it was all elbows. I really want to find a good ” CRUISE TYPE” massage – relaxing, yet pain relieving. Going to see if we could have a medium deep tissue as I have a small frame – and the heavy weight on the elbow and the grinding – I did not cry as I didn’t want to scare him.

Good massage! The place is right at the river town mall. Rates are reasonable and the therapists seemed to know what they were doing. I have been there a couple of times myself and will for sure visit again. Pro tip: request the therapist to keep their phone away lol, but the massage was good and I’m going back for sure.
