Perfect Nails

Critical: Professionalism, ValueJust got back home from perfect nails and had a bad experience.I did my nails, eyebrow wax, and facial wax. She was really rough throughout the entire time, and I feel like she wasnt taking her time,everything feels rushed.I asked her to be more gentle but didn’t work. Also while she was cleaning my nails, she just jammed her long nails into the sides and corners of my nails and it hurts so bad that it left a deep scratch mark. She acted like she didn’t do anything wrong. Just got back home from perfect nails and had a bad experience.

Critical: Punctuality, QualityMy friend and I called in for an appointment at 12:30. We both waited for an hour to be seated. I was seated first but my friend had to wait another hour until my nails were done for hers to be started so she waited a total of two hours before her nails were started despite multiple walk-in customers being seated and started before her (they were also getting acrylics). The man doing my nails were very obviously rushing through it. I wanted a yin yang design and paid $45 for sloppy nails that looked NOTHING like my reference photo. My friend, seeing my nails, was reluctant to even ask for her design but did anyway and he said he could. He could not, continued to mess up her nails to the point where she just asked for a basic design so we could leave at 4. I tried to be nice and understanding and ask for an appointment to get them fixed and got dirty looks from both the owner and the person who did my nails. $90 total for four hours wait and nails we both hated!
