Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI had planned a perfect mommy spa day and had scheduled my appointment plenty of time beforehand. Five minutes before my appointment it was canceled and I was rescheduled only to never be seen and be left in a waiting room waiting for over 35 minutes. On previous occasions I had my doubts but really wanted to give them a chance … for a while there the locks were broken and the staff had her boyfriend and his dog “guarding the door”It was completely unprofessional. . I had planned a perfect mommy spa day and had scheduled my appointment plenty of time beforehand. Five minutes before my appointment it was canceled and I was rescheduled only to never be seen and be left in a waiting room waiting for over 35 minutes. On previous occasions I had my doubts but really wanted to give them a chance … for a while there the locks were broken and the staff had her boyfriend and his dog “guarding the door”

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWe got there 10min before as suggested and the door was locked, we called per the instructions on the door. No one answered but they texted from that number telling us to wait in the car…. They arrived on location just as our appointment was supposed to start because they were running late. After being seated we couldn’t relax because they were in and out preparing everything for other clients because of the mentioned lateness. The room we were in (for the foot services) was not clean or just overall super SUPER old. The recliner chairs didn’t work so they use a ton of pillows to prop you up/forward. Okay not a big deal, but some of the pillows were extremely stained which grossed me out. They were normal pillows with no pillowcase. The chairs themselves were heavily peeled and also appeared dirty. Even the towels were somewhat stained. I can’t really say if this is the case for everyone/always or if they didn’t want to lose a client by rescheduling because they were obviously not prepared… but it just wasn’t a good experience. I hope it was a hiccup and not their standard of cleanliness because it was honestly gross. The receptionist was super nice, but the other woman walking around and getting things ready quite literally never spoke or even looked at us. We got there 10min before as suggested and the door was locked, we called per the instructions on the door. No one answered but they texted from that number telling us to wait in the car…. They arrived on location just as our appointment was supposed to start because they were running late. After being seated we couldn’t relax because they were in and out preparing everything for other clients because of the mentioned lateness.
