LaShonda is a breath of fresh air! Hands down THE BEST salon experience I’ve had in years. She’s knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely takes in what you’re saying and provides tips and feedback. It’s the most welcome and relaxed I’ve felt in a salon space in so long. Even the blow-dry was relaxing! If you’re on the fence about booking her services, hop off the fence and do it. My hair looks and feels great.

Lashonda did a great job. I have hip length hair, and though it took a long time, she never made me feel rushed! I always struggle with feeling like stylists yank at my hair, which was a bit of a problem here during the detangling, but, otherwise, Lashonda has really good, efficient technique. The straightening was the best quality I’ve received from a salon thus far. Her space in the salon suites is welcoming, clean, and comfortable. You won’t be around other clients or anything and Lashonda was just a nice person 🙂 I’d definitely go back and I have yet to repeat any of the salons I’ve visited in Atlanta yet.

I was so happy when I was finally able to book with LaShonda. She was great with my hair and she shared some good tips on keeping it healthy. She showed me the back of my hair and consulted with me about where she should trim. She made sure I was okay with it before proceeding. She was very professional, had natural flowing conversation, and we watch the same shows so I enjoyed the salon TV as well.

I started out going to Lashondra in 2017. My intial appointment with her was great. She educated me on products and how to get my damaged her to grow. Since 2021 I noticed she became tardy each appointment. Not to mention it became harder to even book an appointment with her. Which is a concern for someone who is trying to keep up a healthy hair regimen with consistency in scheduled trims and treatments. Today I will say I have had it with this level of inconsiderations to her clients time and travel. I literally arrived at my appointment on July 7th and Lashondra was not there. I honestly figured she was tardy yet again. Until 15 min past and there was no phone call or text in which I have received before when she would run behind. I even reached out to see if everything was ok. Because we are human and I didn’t want to believe I would be stood up for an appointment booked a month ago. I sat for anothet 35 mintues with no response to text or even a courtesy call or text to say ” i’m running behind, i need to reschedule or even i’ve had a family emergency”. I can honestly say the reviews that are low in rating are defeintyly true and unfortunately I witnessed them first hand. Today I still have not received a call or text. It as others have mentioned she jist doesnt care. It really saddens me to have to write this review. However, hopefully this saves anyone for experiencing the same thing.
