Came here to get my nails done with a friend that comes here a lot. Seen her nails and they always amazing. So decided to come. Wanted my nails like the pic below but Pride colors and add rainbows on my index finger. Told me she couldn’t do it and that she didn’t have enough time. It’s plain and simple I think. She Looked at me with a rude face. Idk looking at other pictures on the review and she can’t do my nails like the pic below. Xtreme Nails, I think NOT!!!! Disappointed!!!!

Was a walk in on Friday 11/4/22 at approximately 11:15 am since I was in the area; no price was visible or presented to me for a dip powder (solid color pink) on my natural nails (no extensions), the nail tech was male, never spoke to me just tapped my hand when he wanted me to do something. He hurt my nail bed while using the rotary tool which caused me to pull my hand away, then he nicked me while removing cuticle on left thumb and then cut me along my nails on 4 fingers with the emery board – he seemed surprised when they started bleeding and tried to soften it but not enough apparently. Never an apology of any kind and did nothing to provide some kind of antiseptic. Upon checking out the total came to $51.50 – – this surprised me as I have paid $35 regularly at other locations. Upon returning home I checked online for prices and on Vagaro it shows a price of $40 that I should have been charged. I had already left a $5 tip at his stations but somehow upon checking out an additional $9 and change was charged to my card for a tip.

Had an amazing experience. Was highly recommended by someone I know and I have to say I am overly satisfied with the service. LEO who took care of my nails was attentive and took his time to perfect my design and nail shape. My nails have never looked better. Lily was super nice and did a well job on my pedicure. Will most definitely come back again
