Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityMe and my mother came today, we both left with our nails not done right. We got charged 50 and 60 for plain white nails. The nails are bad the ladies who did our mails did not do great. On my mothers nails they are very thick, there is a ton of acrylic on the top and on her fingers, there not drilled right. On my nails the edge of them you can see my natural nail and there very thick. There’s also a ton of powder on the bottom as well. Then once the lady was putting on powder she dropped it off her brush, she picked it up from the dirty rag with her brush and put it on my nail. Me and my mother came today, we both left with our nails not done right. We got charged 50 and 60 for plain white nails. The nails are bad the ladies who did our mails did not do great. On my mothers nails they are very thick, there is a ton of acrylic on the top and on her fingers, there not drilled right. Critical: Quality, ValueYou guys are plenty nice enough. I also have no doubt each one of you are capable of producing high quality nails. I and my daughter both left disappointed. Our nails were not filed evenly, acrylic was left both under our nails and on top of our cuticles, the acrylic does not cover some of the nails and you can clearly see where it was applied unevenly. Some nails looked ok, others are sloppy. Sloppy comes from the fact that you do not take pride in your work or care about the quality; you only care about the quantity of people you can get in and out the door. Like I said I have no doubt your company is capable of doing a good job because the first time my girls went to your nail salon, their nails looked fabulous. My experience was disappointing.
