Critical: Professionalism, QualityIf you previously have used a box dye on your hair even if has been 1year since you colored it ,do not go here and ask for a balayage or highlights because they don’t put your hair in foil #1 to actually lighten your hair and proceeded to slap a dark color on top and bleach on the bottom where you can see it isn’t blended I was charged 160$ and tipped! I wish I could upload a picture..they told me my hair will break off if the bleached again , didn’t offer to do a test strand….?They just didn’t want to redo something basically free because I already paid for the service is what it was! My hair looks burnt Orange in the sunlight!! If it was my business I would give 100% customer satisfaction! Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Valueruined my hair completely. terrible place, NEVER waste your valuable time or money here. my 5 year old daughter could have cut my hair better than these people. Somehow she managed to the cut the entire top layer of my hair 4/5 inches shorter than the bottom layer. So now I have this mullet on the top. I’m going to have to wait MONTHS for this to grow out. Also a trim was $40?? Salon is also very outdated and not nice looking. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.UPDATE: I called to talk to them and I said how I was crying and insecure and the woman on the phone said in a rude voice “if your insecure you need to take a look in the mirror”. Keep in mind I’m a big girl and with the tone, it’s obvious what she meant. My father then called, talked to the owner/manager? and when he said what happened she said “She didn’t say that”. Came here for a trim and asked the lady for a 1 inch trim. Somehow she managed to the cut the entire top layer of my hair 4/5 inches shorter than the bottom layer.
