I just walked out on Carlos at BC Salon. I was supposed to go in to get my roots touched up and he turned my hair orange then a brown orange and then dark all over when I went in there with blonde highlights. I have NEVER walked out but after 4.5hrs in the hair going bk and forth and bk and forth, I couldn’t take it anymore!
