Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI got acrylic nails with dip powder, I had never been to XO nails before but I needed my nails done and I could only get in there. My nails were done in under 30 minutes. The lady that did my nails was rushing the entire time to get to another client (a regular) and my nails look horrible. They are all different lengths, completely square when I asked for coffin, super sharp, pointed upward, super uneven, a couple of nails are slanted to the side. I would not recommend this place at all. I got acrylic nails with dip powder, I had never been to XO nails before but I needed my nails done and I could only get in there. My nails were done in under 30 minutes. The lady that did my nails was rushing the entire time to get to another client (a regular) and my nails look horrible. TERRIBLE! Don’t bother with an appointment, you’ll wait just as long with a walk in as an appointment. They left huge patches of glue behind my nails and hardly filed them. They don’t cut your cuticles. They truly suck. Don’t waste your time or money.

I got my nails done here for the first time Friday. I had a nail replaced (acrylic), it had fallen off. And a fill. I had my nails done prior from a different nail salon, that wasn’t my favorite. She did an amazing job! Very fast. Professional and clean. I had no issues. I will definitely continue to go back! Manicure

It was expensive, paid $124 for dip manicure and regular polish pedicure. I asked for my nails to be short and shaped square, the lady made them extremely short and didn’t know how to square them so I had to have round. I told her what I wanted and she suggested something else because she thought it would look bad my way. I thought that was rude. I got dip my nails started peeling up after 3 or 4 days. I have calloused feet and she barely scrubbed them so that was disappointing. The toe design was super cute on the first toe, but ugly when they did the other. Then she added sparkles which I didn’t ask for or want. I gave two stars because the one lady there was very friendly and they serve you wine while you get your service.

Loved everything about my experience here. Totally worth waiting a bit as they had a wedding party in there when we walked in. But all the ladies working were polite and I love my nails!!

Hello , if you’re considering coming here ..do not ! I was there last week , the tech wasn’t paying attention because she was in a deep conversation with her friend and filed the skin on my finger until she drew blood. She then covered it with clear polish to stop bleeding. I ended up in the ER with an infection on my finger due to them reusing files and drawing blood . Doctor also mentioned her covering it trapped the bacteria in and made it worse . I am now on a heavy round of antibiotics and have a rash all around my brows ( I get my brows waxed and have for years and never had a rash) . I called and asked for a Manager and the lady hung up on me . I called back and she then told me one wasn’t available . after asking for my money back and explaining everything she ended up being extremely rude and condescending telling me to sue them for my $80 dollars and that she had insurance on the place ( guess she was the owner? lol ) and yes, they do change this much for nails lol After I told her I’d be reporting them to the board for reusing disposable nail supplies she said she would speak to the owner ( herself ) and let me know … nada yet …
