Extremely unhappy with the service. The guy who did my pedicure didn’t seem like a professional. They charged me $35 for a pedicure which is a standard price at most nail salons. The guy didn’t get the dead skin off my feet, which the whole point of getting the pedicure done. The nail paint is around extending on to my toes and he never got that off. This the worst service I’ve received. I regret giving a tip. Never going back.

No stars. This place is a filthy, moldy, smells of mothballs. They do not disinfect in there. Beware I have heard of ppl getting cut up during pedicures. Unsanitary, unsafe and the people who work there are low tier nail techs. Lazy ppl who do not take pride in their craft. Do not waste your time steer clear of this salon.

I really enjoyed my experience at X O Nails. When I first came in I was surprised by the lack of customers however COMMUNICATION is KEY, and after chatting a bit I found out that they are an appointment only salon. So if you were able to walk in, you were just lucky enough to come when they didn’t have an appointment. I actually had to come back the next day to get my pedicure because they respect their customers time and didn’t want their upcoming appointment to have to wait….and in return, I didn’t have to wait when I came in the next time for my APPOINTMENT. Love this place! <3

Terrible service, very rude management. The place is run by a husband and wife. The lady did my nails leaving some cuticles uncut, gaps between gel polish and cuticle, and inconsistent length of nails. When I asked her to correct these things, she did them. But next time when I walked in to make an appointment, just because it is right next to where I live and because of my two little kids it is convenient to go to somewhere close, the man didn’t even bother to turn and come up to ask what I wanted. The woman was doing somebody’s nails and she raised her head, saw me and continued as if no one entered. I waited to see what they are going to say, she directly said “I am busy now”. I told her I wanted to make an appointment for the next day, she said she wouldn’t be available and asked me to call back. So I did next day, the man answered the phone and said she did not want to do my nails and I should find someone who does a better job than her. Strange, isn’t it?
