I was beyond excited when he decided to open his own table massage business. Jeff is knowledgeable about the human body and does a great job of working on the areas that are causing me pain and discomfort. With the transition to working from home has come poor ergonomics which has caused a lot of neck and shoulder pain for me. I always leave Prime One Wellness feeling refreshed and relaxed. Jeff is an awesome massage therapist! I began seeing Jeff a few years ago at his chair massage business. I was beyond excited when he decided to open his own table massage business. Jeff is knowledgeable about the human body and does a great job of working on the areas that are causing me pain and discomfort. It was a wonderful experience from the room itself being clean and welcoming to the kindness and professionalism Jeff had! I just had a massage with Jeff and it was wonderful! He took into account my concerns and focused on those areas. When I walked in I could barely lift my arm and was using extra strength excedrin to get through the day. All that is gone.
