Made an appointment online with whatever hair stylist was available, which wound up being Mercedes. I couldn’t have been happier! She spent over 1.5 hours putting foils in and was extremely detailed with them. My hair turned out absolutely perfect. I’ve received so many compliments already, and had people ask me where I had it done because it looks so good. I will definitely be going back to this stylist!!

Hairdresser was very friendly to myself, receiving the experience as well as my 8-year-old daughter. Offered her to sit next to me. Other staff present were friendly as well. Atmosphere was clean and inviting. Price was fair. Scheduled an appointment for my daughter with same hairdresser.

Usually great but left wishing for the full experience. I went in to get my hair trimmed, and overall good experience. I always preferred to go to an Aveda salon, since I love the whole experience from the complimentary beverage, to the head massage, to the haircut itself. The first time I went here I had a fantastic experience with Bekki! She was great and very nice and did a fantastic job. However my most recent appointment was a bit of a disappointment. I was never offered any beverage or given a head massage, and I felt as though the hair stylist was rushing a bit to get me out of there. The haircut turned out fine, but I like to pay extra for the full experience, not just a haircut. I will return again, but I am going to make sure to have Bekki for now on.
