Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueCrystal is a family friend and Ive been coming to her for my nails since I was a kid! I always recommend my friends to come try out her services because her work is QUALITY and you can see she loves what she does. The overall atmosphere of her nail salon is fun. Usually everyone is talking to eachother and there’s either music playing or an interesting T. V. series on. She leaves you with exactly what you ask for. Even does great with Kid services too. I brought my almost 4 Year old to get a little pedicure and Crystal left a sweet lasting impression with my Little one. Crystal is a family friend and Ive been coming to her for my nails since I was a kid! I always recommend my friends to come try out her services because her work is QUALITY and you can see she loves what she does. The overall atmosphere of her nail salon is fun. Usually everyone is talking to eachother and there’s either music playing or an interesting T. V. series on. She leaves you with exactly what you ask for. Even does great with Kid services too. Positive: QualityExceptional quality. A relative recommended this place to me and I was in complete awe. I have a very hard time finding a place that can work with my nails because they are so fragile. Crystal worked on my nails and did a phenomenal job. This is the first time my natural nails have looked good! Very nice and natural and gave me exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend this place, great prices for excellent work. Exceptional quality. A relative recommended this place to me and I was in complete awe. I have a very hard time finding a place that can work with my nails because they are so fragile. Crystal worked on my nails and did a phenomenal job. This is the first time my natural nails have looked good! Very nice and natural and gave me exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend this place, great prices for excellent work. Definitely will be coming here again.

Critical: QualityI want to start off by saying that the artist that did my nails was nice, she was quite during my service but that was fine. However as soon as i got my gel nails done that same day my nails was alredy lifting i called that same day and the person i had gotten them done said i can come back in and fix it no problem. Went in fixed it no charge then went on vacation (no pool or water besides washing hands/shower) , well not even the 2nd day having them my index finger was cracking and eventually after the 3rd day it was already peeling off. Note i have had gel before and it usually stays on 2 weeks the least before this happens. Well after 4 days my nails looked awful. I went in to have them removed same place and i told the person who did them they didnt last as long as they should have and she told me ‘it has to be the brand’ i was like okay why offer it if its not good but just left it as that. I then got them removed not only did the nail tech leave my nails uneven, sensetive and brittle but didnt even buff my nails or put any oil on them. Not only that but while in the middle of my service left me to go do another laides nails while i had to wait for her to come back, it was only supposed to be 10 min max turned in to 20 min because she went to do another ladies nails. I want to start off by saying that the artist that did my nails was nice, she was quite during my service but that was fine. However as soon as i got my gel nails done that same day my nails was alredy lifting i called that same day and the person i had gotten them done said i can come back in and fix it no problem.
