Critical: ProfessionalismDuring my visit I asked for Acrylic French nails. When having this done the nail artist slapped my hand several times. I tried laughing it off but it made me very uncomfortable. I didn’t say anything because it’s the day before thanksgiving and don’t like to complain. However, after my visit I felt like my nails weren’t straight and a hair had been painted into my nail. I felt like the artist didn’t do a quality check at all. During my visit I asked for Acrylic French nails. When having this done the nail artist slapped my hand several times. I tried laughing it off but it made me very uncomfortable. I went here for the first time and paid $50 + tip for these. The lines are crooked, different widths, the length was not what I had wanted and I noticed their products weren’t very clean. The nail tech was very nice and they honored our appt, but the service provided was just not what I was hoping for. Acrylic nails

Do NOT go here. I asked for a dip manicure with thin french tips. I was given thick tips with shellac. She cut me twice with the dremel and filed my natural nails down so thin it was painful. The shellac was applied so horribly and so fast I had chunks of it on my nails and bubbles in every single nail. I had to go back in and have her fix 6 of them. She didn’t even bother to file the ends of my nails straight. The file had white build up from being used from other clients as it was obvious it was doing nothing to my nails. I went home and shaped and filed them myself. She had filed my nails so thin they broke in one day and it’s incredibly painful. I should have asked for a refund and for them to remove them. Will not be back. Go to Mindy’s.

Came into get 2 nails fixed [I just got done 4 days ago] she was very rude and make me feel so uncomfortable i was trying not to shake from. Anxiety, she took one nail off and it was bleeding.i know accidents happen so I ignored it. You can see the blood through my French tip… I asked for no design and she said she could do it but when It didn’t look nice and i asked for her to remove she did not. Charged me $10 for 2 acrylic nails and shushed me when I asked for the pricing per nail. When she gave my change she threw it down. I will NEVER return.

They all do a great job. I have Annie do my nails and she dose an awesome job. You can make appointments but they do walk-ins. They get you going pretty quickly. I have been there when they have been really busy and they called extra employees in to help with the over load. Even when they are busy they still take good care of you. They don’t rush!
