Wow is an understatement.. use to love bringing my kids here for cuts, we moved and hadn’t been in awhile. Went today for a last minute cut. Completely butchered my son’s hair.. half cut half not. This is the 3rd time that i have been here and they repeatedly fail to input notes as to how i have a hair cut. They even ask if i wanted note for my next cut, but fail to put it in. I dont remember exactly what was done, that is what these notes are for. Also the person who cut my hair today failed to show me the back of my hair. If i was shown i would have told them that i wasnt happy with how it was cut.

The last two times I’ve been here I’ve had bad experiences. The first one I was waiting for them to open because I don’t have to do the online check in if I’m there when they open so I’m there maximum 30 min, the stylist was obviously annoyed that me and another patron were there right when they open. She didn’t say a word the whole time and I could hear here swear under her breath when another customer came in and she was a bit rough with my hair as she was visibly upset because she was the only one there. Haircut was rushed but acceptable.

Waited 35 minutes in the parking lot because seats were all taken when I arrived, my time comes up (on the app) and when I walk in kierra (hairdresser) had given my seat away. 30 seconds hadn’t gone by and she just skipped me bumping me back another 24 minutes. The most inconsiderate individual you could have working for you.
