The first time I went here it was great, the lady that did my nails did a beautiful job and they lasted over 3 weeks. The second time I came here with my friend. the man that did hers didn’t do enough paint coats on her acrylics and the shape didn’t match across all her nails. A different guy did my gel manicure and he was rushing, made them a weird shape, and didn’t do anything but paint (no cuticles or dead skin removal). It also chipped after one day this time. I guess it’s what I should expect for a $25 gel manicure but I was super disappointed because of the inconsistency after my first great experience here

Good place to get an affordable pedicure for $25 and they do an excellent job. I usually go mid-week without an appointment and they take me right away. Thursday afternoon to Saturday evenings they are busy but the wait isn’t as long as other places in the area. I wish they have more Essie colors but that’s about it. However that’s easily solved by bringing your own Essie color. They di have plenty of options to choose from but its winter and I’m all about the nude colors. There’s plenty of on street parking and there’s also a free parking lot a block away. It’s easily accessible in Malden Center by the Orange Line, commuter Rail and numerous busses. I would definitely go again.

This is the worst nail experience I have ever had in my life. The only reason why I gave them one star is because there are no negative stars to give. I went in to get a full set for a upcoming trip and asked for white powdered French acrylics. I was reassured that the employee knew what he was doing and what I wanted so I decided to try it. The whole time I was sitting down getting my nail bed filed it was burning because the employee left the machine on my nail bed way too long. He also applied too much acrylic on my nail bed and didn’t seem to know what he was doing. While filing my nails the employee continued to cut my fingers and said he was taking off my cuticles. I have 3 cuts and 3 crooked nails. The more I kept telling the employee that I was missing spots of acrylic on my nails he became more agitated and continued to do my nails roughly. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless they are looking to be disappointed.

Tommy did a wonderful job! I was hesitant with getting acrylic vs. Powder and he answered all my questions. Tommy was also very receptive to all my concerns and wants. I will definitely go back and ask for Tommy. Also, I paid $65 for pedicure and acrylic with French tips.
