I haven’t been in a tanning bed for over a decade and was nervous to go. The beginning of this year I was home injured from a car accident and couldn’t get out and do my normal activities. Being more pale than normal, I figured let’s try tanning beds. I met Micah at the Willow Glen location and instantly felt comfortable and knew I made the right choice! Micah is a Gem! Hard to find great customer service nowadays. Micah and her team are welcoming, helpful and informational.

Wow is all I can say about this place. From the time I walked in Jordan the customer service rep welcome to me with a beautiful smile I explained to her I was looking to sign up for a monthly tanning session and being as my age is a 51 year old woman this young lady Jordan made eye contact smiled took me room by room and describe each piece of equipment to the T she was so knowledgeable and personable and her customer service skills are impeccable! Jorsan made me fell safe knowing that I could lay in these beds and or use other equipment with the full knowledge that she gave me this lady needs to be recognized for her outstanding customer service skills and knowledge of how Australian tan does things thank you Jordan again and I’m so glad I came to Australian tan and met you you’re a blessing in disguise
