Wisp and Willow Salon

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI haven’t been to a salon in 14 months due to COVID, until today.I am very concerned about safety and I felt that Wisp and Willow Salon went above and beyond in making sure their clients are taken care of safely. Everyone in the salon wore masks, there were physical barriers between shampoo stations, and while I was getting my hair done, I noticed surfaces being wiped down frequently. I felt very safe. Everyone in the salon was very friendly and it created a very relaxing experience.My stylist, Penny, did an amazing job coloring, cutting, and styling my hair. Having somebody else cut and color my hair changed my whole outlook about these odd times that we are living in. It made me feel like life is getting back to normal.Today was my first visit to Wisp and Willow Salon, and I will definitely be back. Stylists are good at their jobs and polite. The overall salon is beautiful and clean and I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I recommend going to this salon!! This is the best salon I have ever been to!!! They are very trustworthy and professional. Stylists are good at their jobs and polite. My experience with the staff was friendly and welcoming, as they offered me coffee and attended to me in a timely manner. I was impressed with their COVID protocols and didn’t feel unsafe during my stay. Every time I visit this shop I’m always certain that I will get the color and style which I will absolutely love. The staff takes care to listen to my wishes and is always kind, warm and never rude. ALL stylist are very knowledgable of hair and the products that they sell. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. My experience with the staff was friendly and welcoming, as they offered me coffee and attended to me in a timely manner.
