I booked an appointment with I think Crystal a few weeks ago, my normal lash tech was not avaliable. I just needed a 1 week fill before I went on vacation, I booked online she had an avaliable appointment either the next day or day after. She texted me an hour before our appointment time stating she just realized she had an appointment with me and asked if we could move it a bit later, I agreed then she took so long to confirm the new appointment that she then changed the appointment to the next day. I went a long with it because I wanted my lashes to look nice while on vacation. Well I had never been to this salon before so I texted her multiple times that I could not find it in the shopping center google said it was, she never responded through text or picked up my phone calls. I ended up just guessing which storefront it was and walked into the salon that had no signs whatsoever on it and it happened to be her salon, she looked surprised to see me and said she was teaching a class and asked if I could wait outside. I found her extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited 15 minutes then left, she texted me after 45 minutes saying she was ready for me. Sorry your not going to cancel my appointment twice, not answer my phone or texts when I’m calling you for directions to your business and then give me attitude to wait outside when I was still on time…my time is just as valuable as yours.

I got a facial and lash lift last night from Nicole! All I have to say is that she is amazing at everything she does. The facial relaxed me so much and I love chit chatting with her when I am get my lashes done. I will always go to her. She made sure I was comfortable and that nothing was burning my skin. I would give this place a 10 out of 10 if I could.

Amazing! I got my lashes done almost two weeks ago with Jacqueline and they still look good! It took a little over an hour but I was completely relaxed the whole time! High recommend you can’t beat these prices!! Going back for refill on Saturday. Love love love❤️

Nikki is heaven sent! I went in for a high frequency facial and it was more then amazing. Nikki took her time, answered all my questions, made me feel comfortable and sent me off feeling like a Queen! My skin felt amazing✨, I haven’t had any little break outs. I highly recommend Nikki!! She goes above and beyond and I can’t wait to see her again! I’m HOOKED!

If you want burned eyelids and shoddy communication at best, go to this salon. Went in for a lash lift. Had my first lift and tint in Wa about 8 weeks ago so thought I’d keep it up after moving here. Lashes look nice, however, after the second formula was applied to my lashes and the 15 minute timer went off, I waited about an extra minute (which i have researched is all it takes for damage to occur) while the person performing the service finished up a non salon related phone call which I was listening to the entire 45 minutes I was getting the lift. After removing the pads on my eyelids, I believe the adhesive was not completely and efficiently removed because the next day, I woke up with swollen red eyelids and two days later have burned eyelids that are red and painful. Not cool. I reached out to the salon and was told to “put cold spoons on them and take Benadryl” which obviously isn’t going to solve a chemical burn. I asked for a refund or partial refund as this was not worth my $60 but havnt even heard back even after mentioning the burns. I’ve had many hair bleaching and dyes and like I said, have had a lift and tint before with no reactions . I also do not have any other allergies or sensitivities so allergic reaction is likely not the case here. Super disappointed and have already been to urgent care for treatment as the burns burst. Definitely never returning here for any other service which sucks because other reviews spoke highly of the salon and team.

She had previously asked me if I could come in earlier. I explained I could only make our scheduled time as I work during the day. I was already headed to the shop when she cancelled so I went in to possibly reschedule with whoever was there at the time (I assumed she wouldn’t be there since she cancelled due to a scratchy throat and her family not feeling well) I walked in to see her lounging on her lash table kicking her feet in the air, laughing and talking on the phone. When she saw me her demeanor shifted and she started talking to whoever was on the phone about how her husband isn’t feeling well. I walked out and received a snarky text about how if she hadn’t cancelled with me she would have been “an irresponsible person”. Seems like she wanted to go home earlier or had made some plans she would rather attend to. I love coming here and getting my lashes done, it’s always so much fun talking with Nikki while she does my lashes! Her room is so cute and clean and she always makes you feel so welcomed. I love my eyelashes so much and it’s the best price ever!
