Overall, I was extremely disappointed by the customer service at this salon. I had scheduled a hair color two weeks in advance, and I called the salon the day of my appointment to ask if I could add on a blow dry and was told no due to availability, which I understood. Called back and asked if I could sit under the dryer, as I did last time, and was told I would be charged full price for a blow dry. Questioned that, because it definitely wouldn’t take as much effort from the stylist to sit under the dryer. Said I’d talk over with the stylist in person when I arrived, since I was talking to someone else each time I called. Got a call back later with a message from the stylist (also the owner – Angela) saying “I’m not a good fit for the salon.” So, not only am I disappointed that this salon does not value its costumers enough to speak with them first hand before “dropping them,” but also that they deem it wrong that we might question a price of a service. I work very hard for my money, don’t feel bad for questioning a price, but definitely feel bad that I subjected myself to this kind of abhorrent treatment in the first place. Hopefully after reading this review, others will be able to make a more informed decision about the kind of business they are supporting.
