Each session is customized for the client focusing on specific areas of tension or soreness as requested by the client. I told him I don’t like talking during massages and prefer zoning out/meditating. He was respectful. He was also great at taking directions/feedback during the massage to ensure it wasn’t too much pressure or too little. HIGHLY recommend!
