Everything was great. When I walked in the door I was met by the owner who welcomed me to the salon. Then a employee welcomed me as well and checked me in. Very polite and professional. Nate then greeted me and got someone to wash my hair she gave my head a nice massage and wash. Nate did a excellent job and when I got back to work everyone I ran into told me how nice my hair looked. It made my day. Thanks to everyone at the Wild Strawberry Hair salon. Wild Strawberry is an excellent hair salon in Louisville Kentucky! It’s clean, safe and they have excellent stylists. Nate is my stylist there! He is the best and best for experiences events etc! Color-extensions…. everything Wild Strawberry does it and also additional skin treatments! This salon is a gem of Louisville. Everyone I have had interaction with is a professional and ready to back up their work . I have been through three high end salons in Lou, and finally found Wild Strawberry. The first three had their own agenda for my hair and their egos. Here, my stylist actually did what I requested and she continues to give me breathing room to make changes in my own time. Simply put, she is not full of |T. Very rare to find caring, grounded professionals in a salon setting. The best in Louisville; actually the best I’ve experienced from Chicago to Nashville. Precious Strawberry Gem.

I had a wonderful experience this past December at Wild Strawberry. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The stylist really took the time to understand what I wanted since it was my first visit. I LOVE my color (I’m a darker blonde with subtle highlights) and feel like I left the salon a better version of myself. Critical: ProfessionalismI had an appointment @2:30, I called @ 9:30 to cancel, surprised they were open, It is a snow day, but because it wasn’t 24-hour notice They told me to give them my credit card number for a cancelation fee 25$. So just beware of that.
