This was one of the best gel manicures I’ve ever gotten! $30 for a really attentive hour spent on my nails, removing old gel polish and then doing my new color. Sunny (I think that was his name) was excellent & really detail-oriented, adding a nice shape to my nails and making sure the polish coated my entire nail to the edges. I had some questions about potential damage to my already weak nails as he was using the buffer to drill off some of the old polish, but he answered all of my questions and showed me how he uses different sized heads to avoid causing excess damage, so he seemed very skilled with it! I also sat down right at 4 for my appointment so they seemed timely and not overbooked to me when I was there on a Thursday afternoon. Thanks!

Love it here!!! Sunny is the owner and is the best of course but he has other great nail techs as well. He is a perfectionist, which I admire. He’s always so pleasant and friendly. Prices are very reasonable compared to other salons. It’s very clean inside and lots of options are available.

Nice price but poor customer service. I told them the style I wanted before the appointment. They asked me to arrive on time at 12:30 because there would another customer arrive at 2 pm. I came to store earlier than the time of appointment with my girlfriend. The attitude of the woman in the store was fine. However, the man who did my nail was impatient at all time. In the end of service, he even told me that the another is coming, so there is no time to draw better of the smile pattern on my nail. After that, I still paid almost 20% of tips because this is my second time come to this store, and they did really good at last time. So I assume that they were just in hurry. After that, I kindly message the woman who I always contacted with to ask her for one apology. And she just said that you should not come at 12:30. Next time I will just put you in the last. And blame all the issues on me. But all I do was come at 12:30 which is the appointment you agree with.

Critical: Communication, QualityI went in for the first time and I will never go back . I was there for a total of 45 minutes for a pedicure. 15 minutes was picking out the color and soaking my feet . 15 minutes to paint and dry . The other 15 minutes was taking off the old polish then her cutting and shaping my nails . No rubbing my feet or legs . $38 for this is outrageous. I have 3 other places I go depending on if I’m going from work or my home . They all charge $25 and spend a good hour and a half on me . This place actually wanted to give me a card to stamp each time I go back. I said no thank you this was the first and last time I will be going here .I went in for the first time and I will never go back .
