Today was my first time going here and It was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a nail salon and I’ve been getting my nails done for almost 20 years. Upon entering I immediately felt welcomed. Everyone was extremely nice and sincerely wanted to make the customer happy. It was like you were with friends and family there. I have been searching for a salon close to my home since I moved and THIS is IT. Lan did my nails and Young finished my toes and I am so happy. Both were very nice, with a relaxed atmosphere. It literally was like a small town salon- talking with other customers, discussing good food and holiday plans. I’ve been coming here for the last 6 months and its still the best nail shop in the area. I can’t see me spending my money anywhere else. All of the nail tech are incredibly talented, and their work definitely speaks for itself. I have to say, Mercedes, (with thee Golden Thumb) always goes above and beyond. She has never disappointed. As long as she is there, I will always come back. Not only do I recommend Our Nails and Spa in Longwood, but I suggest that you call and set up an appointment with Mercedes. I promise it’ll be money well spent.
