I consulted White Wind Wellness based on recommendation from a friend and I’m very glad I did. The location was easily accessible with plenty of parking. Very clean and lit space and the therapist was friendly and welcoming. After listening patiently to my recurring back issues due to hours of sitting for work and a few follow up questions, I was suggested the trigger point therapy and it did wonders. I felt great especially the next day. The therapist was patient and definitely skilled at working on the pain points without rushing, which I very much appreciate. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend!
