I tried booking an appointment for a blowout and had a few questions to ask about other services over the phone. The woman i was speaking over the phone with was immediately rude, told me there wasn’t a time available for my selected date and answered my questions like she was too busy. Couldn’t even offer me a chair at a future date? Impolite customer service to say the least, and definitely won’t be booking any appointments here ever. L salon.

I went to see a stylist who I had seen once before. She had fixed a cut and color that was originally done by one of her coworkers. I really enjoyed the cut that she did, so I decided to book with her when I was ready for another haircut months later. I showed her a picture of myself with the original cut that she did a few months prior. I again explained what I was looking for in a cut–same details as before–but it had been awhile and I don’t expect her to remember.

Tori is hands down the best stylist I have ever had. I had a balayage and massive cut done at a different salon 3 months prior and was very unhappy with the results. Tori worked her magic and fixed everything. The color is perfect, exactly what I imagined and just like the photos I showed her. Went to Fix to get my long hair cut short. Despite having intense anxiety about it, I had a wonderful experience!! My visit began with a glass of wine in the lounge, moved in to aroma therapy and a chair massage. Then a wash and the big event. The ladies were kind and pampering. And my hair looks and feels fantastic! Will be returning soon for color! This was more than a haircut—it was an experience in self-care. Highly recommend!!
