Critical: PunctualityI am very disappointed with Alison. I have tried to make an appointment two prior times and both times she has had something come up and canceled on me. I understand that things come up. I finally got in for my appointment on the third try, scheduled for 12. I arrived early and I waited until 12:30 to ask how much longer I had to wait. She completely lost track of time and told me she’d have to reschedule me for two days from now. My birthday is tomorrow so I declined. Alison came very recommended to me.
