The only reason that I’m giving a two-star instead of one-star is because the doctor we consulted with was really patient and professional in addressing my mom’s skin concerns. But the front desk receptionist is who ruins the entire experience, effects still lasting until now. We were there for skin treatments with appointment at 12:30pm. On top of the ignorant and disrespectful attitudes she had when we checked in, her work was very unprofessional because she gave us the wrong form to fill in and caused us to wait one hour more than scheduled time without any forms of apology. Fine, I understand we all make mistakes, So I just let it go. But when i checked the availability of the prescribed medication later and nothing was showing on profile, I found out that my info was not even in the system! So what was all of the forms for when she didn’t even care to put it in the system! That wasted lots of my time to call CVS and the store multiple times to confirm back and forth, and still no medication sent to pharmacy yet until now! Very disappointed at her unprofessional, ignorant and possibly racist attitude. And when i asked her why cant they find it in your store system, she tried to blame the call center of the store saying they looked at the wrong chart probably, which was HER fault initially giving us the wrong form!!! Yet ended with no apology or even respect from her language. I’m getting more and more mad as im writing this, so i changed it from two star to one star. Sorry doctor:((

I’ve been nervous having to undergo surgery but this office made me feel most at ease after consulting with 4 other doctors offices. I’m sure my surgery will be a success. The office location is also very aesthetically pleasing.

I went in for my second appointment of cool sculpting. The receptionist was extremely rude. Despite the notes on file, they decided to change the pricing on me, and no explanation was offered. I asked to see a manager and waited 20 minutes without any result. Finally, I received my treatment and paid the increased “new” pricing. While I was complaining about how the receptionist treated me, they mentioned that it was not the first time someone had complained about her. Why they continue to let her serve customers is beyond me.

Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismThis review is more about the front desk staff and billing for the Med Spa. The lady who actually completed the service was great. After completing a consultation and being provided with a pricing sheet for recommended services I decided to go ahead and book a procedure. After having the services completed someone from their billing office called me to say they provided wrong pricing and it was more. I had purchased 3 sessions for what I was told was a discounted price. The day of the service the front desk confirmed amount. Next day I received the call about the amount being wrong. ALSO, even after knowing what I was going in for they schedule me at 7 PM. Luckily the appointment before me was cancelled and I rushed from work to get there early and was able to do it. Ladies with sooo many wonderful options don’t go through the headache. I really wanted to love this place and planned on following the course or services recommended but I will go else where.
