Isas barber

Critical: ProfessionalismVery disappointed in Isas’s level of professionalism. He does great work and is an excellent barber but clearly has no respect for his patrons time. I’ve had a cancellation last week due to circumstances out of my control. I was scheduled for a haircut today and was running late and was advised by Isas to cancel my appointment. According to him running 15 minutes late is unacceptable as a patron but totally excusable as the barber. There have been plenty of occasions where I had no other option but to wait as he was running behind schedule and still cutting hair on other patrons during my time slot.
