First time here was great and great work. Came a second time and was the worst pedicure I’ve received. They were uneven and applied so many coats that it never dried. On the gel manicure they wrapped them and then never took the old polish off. In the span that I was there two people came back complaining about the work they had done. It’s sad it wasn’t a better experience.

Do not go here! I used to go here all the time however the last time I came was a few years back. I really needed a pedicure and my normal spot was booked up for the day. So I went here because they’ve always been my secondary option. This time however they changed everything in the shop, they don’t even do the deluxe spot anymore no hot wax no massage in your legs with the mask, nothing at all! They don’t even scrub your feet that great! The pedicure area is now just a bench (no massage chairs anymore) that you sit on with someone sitting right next to you (COVID!!!), they don’t put bags in the bowl that you put your feet in, the lady who is doing my feet kept picking at my skin around my toes really really hard I kept pulling my foot away but she kept going at it. She cut my toenails really really low! So low, that when I put my socks and shoes on for work my toes HURT!! I really think management changed and then now we’re dealing with people who are not interested in great customer service. They all kept complementing me on my nails but then went ahead and said that’s why I don’t do that style (acrylic, marble polish) here because I don’t want those customers. What do you mean??? When I used to come here you used to do the same styles on me! I remember all of their faces from years ago. And this is just a short version of what happened. Just don’t go here especially if you are a minority! Seems like they only cater to old white women!

Meh is right. Barely any water in the tub, it was lukewarm, and the scrub and massage were so short I almost missed them. Will never go back.
