Alla is the best she is truly an artist. I had lips done by her and they were super natural looking.(they lasted almost a full year) She knew exactly what I needed shaped them beautifully and didn’t try to up sell me. First time client and I have to say everyone is super nice! I was running so late and they still accommodated me. Super knowledgeable breaking down all lip fillers they have and explaining the difference. They were patient with my indecisive self and answered my questions so I could make an informed decision. Marina was my tech she was nice and did her thing. Definitely will be back next month once the swelling goes down so I can build the lips I’ve always wanted! Thank you again!

I spent over $2000 through Groupon deals at this place for multiple treatments. None of which was effective. Also the stuffs here are nonprofessional and irresponsible. The owner/manager of the store talks really rude. I hate the experience so much. They don’t care about their customers at all. They can only make one time money of each client. I guarantee there is barely any returning clients. Also their stuffs constantly changing, probably due to the poor management and attitude. Just horrible entertainment for both clients and workers. You would 100% regret to visit this store.

Got Botox done for the frown lines between my eyebrows on August 26/22. The technician “Ala” told me give it 2 weeks to see an effect. I called her after a week and told her I don’t see even 30% change. She asked me to still wait 2 weeks, although I got it once before and I know that I usually see a gradual difference at least in no time. No results whatsoever even after the 2 weeks. I’m writing my review today on October 4th, after them cancelling and rescheduling my third appointment for revision. Whenever I schedule they call me a day before my appointment and cancel. I’m close to 2 months with zero effect, no revision, and 160$ charge. Not again.

Clean, staff can be a little pushy. Someone reviewed the botox doesn’t work. That’s not true. Maybe she didn’t get enough units but it is real. Saw major results after just 2/3 days which is usual. It is pricey for the location, just street parking etc. i would only go back if they had another promotion.
