Marta provided me with exceptional service prior to an event. I was seen and evaluated by her just 2 days before an event and she made my face look amazingly fresh and rejuvenated. I had few treatments done that day, and I could tell the difference upon leaving the spa!!!!!. Absolutely loved it. She is an excellent injector and will definitely recommend the spa to everyone I know. The staff and atmosphere in the spa is exceptional as well and the location is so convenient . I would not go back here. I went for a very simple glutathione injection. My usual injector was booked so I thought I’d try this place. There was only one person working, I didn’t know if she was a tech, a nurse or a doctor. She never introduced her self. When I told her I wanted the injection, she pulled out an unmarked syringe from the fridge that was prefilled. She Didnt draw it up from a vial so there was no way for me to confirm what she was injecting. She was about to inject when I stopped her and asked her the dosage. she didn’t know and had to call two different people to find out. Her injection technique was poor, the injection was very painful and burned. I’ve never had this pain with previous injections. I am a nurse practitioner myself so I noticed these things. Their credit card machine was down so I paid in cash. She couldn’t give me a receipt for some reason. I asked her to email me some type of proof of purchase. The injector didn’t seem qualified and the whole experience felt very unprofessional.
