Wonderful service!!! Even though the salon was busy and this was my first visit, I felt like they really took care of my needs and made me feel welcomed!!! I forgot my dip color number, and we decided on a much better alternate. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a salon to use in conjunction with the one near my job – I have found it! I really wanted to like this place but I have to be honest… The staff was amazing and very friendly (5 stars) and they took their time but unfortunately, my nails did not last. They were lifting and coming off within a week. My pedicure didn’t serve its purpose and I still had Dead skin in my heels when I left. The last that did my Leica was gentle but a little too gentle to buff off any dead skin. I have 2 stars for the service being so great but I can’t afford to spend money on a service that doesn’t meet my expectations or last more than a week at current industry prices. If i were getting a regular manicure or polish with no tips, I would go back but that is the only service I would get.

Came in to take off my nexgen set done elsewhere because my nails did not seem to do well with dipping. Techs convinced me to try acrylic since I wanted designs. Let’s just said I have been converted and I do blame them since I can no longer have bare boring nails. I also got the luxury pedicure and almost fell asleep during the massage. It was so relaxing. The decors were good on the eyes since it’s not the typical brown beige that you normally see at other salons. Now, I see why locals are calling Roza a hidden gem, because it truly is hidden behind the car wash and huge piles of dirt and construction in front. Nevertheless, I’m their LOYAL nails junkie now.

I went on Wednesday 14th the only one there was a guy , he said it will be 10 mins . So a lady came in didn’t get her name and done my pedicure and she needs more training it was quick and and I could of done a better job at home ! Pedicure

Awful experience!! I loved going to Roza nails until this last visit. The gentleman that did my nails was very rough. I have sores on my fingers from the filing. I had to ask him to stop a couple of times. When he was finished, rudely told me “go home”. I will give kiddos to Emma, she does the best pedis. Emma is awesome!!!! Unfortunately, I will not be going back.
