At We Sweat, we support both mental and physical wellness through the application of our state-of-the-art Clearlight Infrared Saunas. Whether you are stopping by to recover after a long run or strength training routine, starting your day off with a meditation practice, or ending your day with an advanced hot-yoga routine, we are here for you. Our private sauna suites provide comfort and relaxation, and we have an on-site shower if you’d like to rinse off before carrying on with your day.

Went for an early evening visit before family dinner and it was amazing! The quiet, clean, private and relaxing atmosphere had me feeling amazing. Loved that I had personal bluetooth speakers build into the sauna so I could play music I enjoy relaxing to. I felt very taken care of by the staff. Would recommend to anyone in need of a spot to sauna every now and then or they even have membership options as well!

Super nice staff and all of the amenities, they’ve thought of everything – extra towels, water in the room, lavender scented towels for after all in your own private room. I love that I can choose different lighting in the sauna and that I can connect to my music. It is so relaxing and truly an hour of bliss!

My favorite amenity in West Seattle! The new owners and staff are so lovely. The small touches from the cold lavender compress, charcoal water and electrolyte packages for rehydration make all the difference. Not to mention all the benefits of infrared sauna. Highly recommend this place even if not located in WS.

I love this spot. The new owners od We Sweat have carried on the founders customer service forward approach. Chilled lavender towels, electrolyte packets, the works. It can be pretty pricey paying per visit so I recommend getting one of their packages or memberships! Its worth it. The only thing that I am not fond of is the quality of lighting/light bulbs- which feels like a silly complaint. I love warm lighting and the florescent lights/LED lightbulbs are so harsh.

This is my happy place. I get to escape in my private room and sweat it out. I love listening to my music in my sauna via Bluetooth. The place is always clean and everyone is welcoming. I feel great after every session and only wish I could come more.
