Went here twice earlier this year and the women was friendly but did a rush job and left wax and did not get all of my hair on my lip. I asked her to reshape one of the brows and then it was uneven. When I came back the second time the shape was better but tons of wax was left and hair was still left too. I decided to try the Grandview location, much much better and they will validate your parking!

This is the second time I got a Brazilian done at waxpott and I have to admit the first Time I wasn’t all too thrilled about it. It was mainly due to the first wax specialist I had not being as thorough with making sure most of the hair was pulled off. I had some left over and I feel like she could have done a better job. Plus it was quite which made the experience a bit more awkward. She was nice but I just didn’t feel like the service was really worth the price with her.But then today I was setup with Grace and I have to say she’s AMAZING. She was super sweet and talked the whole time making the process not awkward at all! She explained what was happening as she moved along, also recommended some products for ingrown hairs and overall was super pleasant! And she was SO thorough with trying to get almost every hair! I didn’t even have to ask because she was already on it by making sure to go back for any stragglers. Because of her I love this place! Also the wax they use really helps with preventing any ingrown hairs, and it definitely is not as painful as hard wax, which tends to rip away small pieces of your soul with every strip.If ur going to get a Brazilian done, ask for Grace, trust me you won’t regret it!Definitely would recommend this place 100x over European wax center. Definitely would recommend this place 100x over European wax center. This is the second time I got a Brazilian done at waxpott and I have to admit the first Time I wasn’t all too thrilled about it. UPDATE: I called them and they had me come back in free of charge! The manager also called me personally saying that I could come back in and have everything taken care of free of charge. Staff is amazing and it seems that it’s a common problem with the first time waxing. After the touch-up I would definitely recommend this place!

The person who was waxing me, in a tiny room with no windows, was not vaccinated. Had I known, I would not have made an appointment here. It was my mistake for not asking beforehand. I assumed that people working this closely with the public in the middle of a global pandemic would take care of themselves and their clients. I’ve been coming here for the last few years. Perfection in waxing!! I have been to this location twice and its fast and easy. The wax professional that I see is very prompt and has never left me waiting for more than a couple minutes. They use quality wax and it doesn’t hurt like other waxes I have had. I also think the prices are good. And they give your first visit free or 25 dollars off if you get a wax that costs more than 25 dollars. So you can try it out with no worry. Highly recommend

It was the most painless wax I’ve ever had. Jamie was friendly and professional, and she immediately made me feel comfortable. Best of all, it was quick! They have a great selection of bath and body products, and candles, and I purchased a couple items which I love. I will definitely return.

Gretchen is absolutely fantastic!! EXTRA CLEAN and inviting facility with spotless rooms. Always prompt on the appointment time and no waiting. Staff is very friendly and easy going. I am a monthly visitor and have many areas waxed and Gretchen always does an A+ job. She is very professional, easy to get along with, and friendly to talk to during the session. She REALLY DOES care about her clients and it shows. I have tried several and NONE compare to this place! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for the best waxing services in Columbus at reasonable prices!

Im extremely disappointed in the service I received because my lashes do not look any different than when I came in. I was noticeably upset so the manager was accommodating and did not have me pay. Overall I am upset I wasted my time and now I cant do anything with my lashes for at least a month or else they could fry off!
