Warm greeting from the receptionist at check in and quiet . I checked in early to get some quiet time in the lounge area where they served flavored water ,tea and coffee and small snacks. It would have been nice to have cucumber available with the cold towels like their photos on the site ,but overall it was nice.

Wonderful experience at the Ivy Day spa. My boyfriend and I came here to relax after a tiring week of sightseeing before heading on flight back home. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and we’re so happy we came here. The spa is laid out beautifully and is a perfect spot to get away and relax. When we come back to California, we definitely will be back❤️ Thank you!

The perfect place for my hubby and I to go get a couples massage and spend time relaxing in the solarium. My hubby enjoys the steam room. I’ve had many massages here and the therapists are wonderful.

I booked a full service for my husband to get treatment when he got there he did not receive what was booked. When he questioned the management argued with him told him he hast to pay extra they did not accommodate for their mistake and they are extremely rude and incompetent. It was the second time that I had issues with them. I do not recommend anybody to go into that facility and the management is not good if you have any issues. So think about it before you book your appointment with this place.

I really enjoyed my experience at The Ivy Day Spa. I went for a 50 minute massage for me and my mom. My appointment was at 9am and I showed up on the dot at 9am. The VERY first thing they told us is we were running late and the time we took to get ready (undressed and into our robes) would cut into our massage. REALLY!?!? No one told me on the phone when I booked that I needed to show up early. In fact they said “We will see you at 9am” This was not a good impression to put on first time guest (or any guest for that matter). IF you know this is how you do business at least tell new guest to come in early when they book OR make the arrangements to accommodate guest to have the time to get ready for an appointment. So that was not a good way to start my relaxing time at the spa. The facility, massage, and providers were all fantastic. If it were not for this unfortunate set back I would have given the spa 5 stars. I enjoyed my massage, the steam room was wonderful, the locker room was clean and the showers had high pressure. I will be back. Hoping the next time I will be able to give 5 stars all around.

Your Covid precautions were impressive, consistent, and done in a way that felt seamless & natural. Your staff were lovely too! We really enjoyed ourselves. Will be back again and again!
